About the role

Bambi Early Education is a new service opening soon in Denham, Shark Bay. Bambi is seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Educator to join our vibrant early education team in Denham, Western Australia. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to shape the lives of young children in a supportive and nurturing environment.

What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

Provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters the development of children

Build strong relationships with children, families and the broader community

Observe, document and assess children's learning and development

Actively participate in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of the centre

Uphold all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent

Demonstrated experience as an early childhood educator, leading a team in a long day care setting

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families and colleagues

A deep understanding of child development and a commitment to providing high-quality, play-based learning experiences

Creativity, flexibility and a passion for fostering children's physical, cognitive, social and emotional development

A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
