Successful candidates must have:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care, or equivalent

Current Working With Children Check or willing to obtain

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates, (valid within 3 years) or willing to obtain

Full National Police Check valid within 6 months minimum or willing to obtain

Own transport and drivers license

Permanent residency

Be able to work open and closing shifts on a rotating roster

Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs

In-depth experience working in a childcare service

Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests

Have strong communication and time-management skills
