QA/QC Manager – Drinks Manufacturing

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + Super

Our client is a growing drinks manufacturing company experiencing significant expansion. Due to this recent growth, they are now looking to appoint a QA/QC Manager in a brand new role within the business. About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the QA/QC Manager will be responsible for leading the quality assurance and quality control function on-site. You will manage and mentor a small team of two QA/QC Officers, ensuring all products meet internal and external quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all QA and QC activities across the production site.
• Lead, support, and develop two QA/QC team members.
• Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain and continuously improve quality management systems (QMS).
• Investigate non-conformances and drive corrective and preventative actions.
• Collaborate closely with the operations and production teams to ensure consistent product quality.
• Develop and deliver quality training across the site.

About You:

• Experience in a QA/QC role within food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant food safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
• This role would ideally suit someone looking to step up into a leadership position.
