The Opportunity
We’re looking for an early-to-mid career psychologist who’s keen to:
Innovate and Co-Create: Help shape new approaches to supporting families—inside and outside the therapy room.
Work Meaningfully: Manage a caseload of around 4 clients per day, with a mix of assessment and intervention.
Lead by Example: Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong, collaborative culture.
Expand Your Impact: Deliver consultation and expertise across schools in the Geelong region.
Grow into Leadership: Step into staggered leadership opportunities with our experienced leadership team.

You’re a Great Fit If You Are:
Registered with AHPRA (General registration).
Experienced (minimum 2 years) and ideally endorsed with supervisor status.
