ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a TPE Specialist to join our team and deliver tailored, road-compliant Truck, Plant, and Equipment solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs. As a subject matter expert, you’ll work closely with Relationship Managers to drive sales outcomes through technical solution selling, asset specification, pricing, and end-to-end build management.
Duties will include (but are not limited to) -
Actively collaborating with Relationship Managers and the Business Development team to provide expertise that drives sales outcomes, ensuring the achievement of TPE vehicle sales targets through the application of technical solution selling.
Accurately interpreting customer asset and build requirements, ensuring they are fit for purpose, and obtaining relevant pricing through external suppliers and internal support functions, while keeping Chain of Responsibility front of mind throughout the build and pipeline process.
Conducting required in-build and pre-delivery asset inspections onsite, ensuring Custom Fleet is across the quality of build, fit-for-purpose status, vehicle dimensions, weight restrictions, and all other roadworthy factors.
Actively managing all pipeline builds post-prototype, including coordination with all relevant suppliers. Ensuring that relevant teams have full visibility for effective and accurate pipeline management across the business.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders by providing service within determined SLAs and ensuring a positive customer experience.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will possess the following –
Strong and established commercial fleet customer network
An understanding of relevant regulation/compliance requirements by asset class for heavy commercial vehicle
Strong and effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong customer service ability with high attention to detail
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to develop solutions with the customer front of mind
Strong internal and external influencing skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
Proven track record in building trust and commitment within business & with stakeholders
Self-motivated and passionate individual with a can-do attitude who demonstrates initiative
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Ability to think laterally and to challenge the status quo
Execution focused and can manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, environment.
