Galactic Donuts is seeking a motivated and customer focused individual to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide friendly and efficient service at all times.

Order Preparation Prepare and package donuts according to customer orders and ensure product quality and presentation standards are met.

Cash Handling Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, and operate the point of sale system efficiently.

Stock Management Assist with receiving deliveries, restocking shelves and cabinet, and maintaining inventory levels.

Cleaning and Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store, including cleaning equipment and work areas.

Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store targets and ensure a positive work environment.

Adherence to Policies Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to ensure compliance at all times.

Flexible Hours Available: 20 - 30 hours per week.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Reliable and punctual with a flexible availability

Must be able to work unsupervised at times

Early morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts are required based on the needs of the business

Residing in close proximity to Daisy Hill may be advantageous
