About the Role

Alley Odd Jobs is hiring casual cleaners to join our growing team across Melbourne. We offer general home and office cleaning services to families, professionals, NDIS participants, and local businesses.

If you're reliable and hardworking, we may offer you the chance to move into part-time or full-time roles as we grow — but we start all new team members casually.

You don’t need experience — just a great attitude, your own cleaning kit, and a willingness to be trained to our high standards in Blackburn South.

What We Offer

- Weekly pay via TFN

- $31–$37 per hour depending on experience & performance

- Ongoing casual, part-time and full-time work in your local area (flexible hours)

- Training provided at our Blackburn South base

A chance to grow with the business — reliable team members may be offered full-time roles

What You MUST Have

- Your own cleaning products & equipment (vacuum, mop, cloths, sprays, etc.)

- A valid Police Check

- A TFN (Tax File Number)

- A reliable vehicle to get to job sites

- Willingness to travel to Blackburn South for onboarding/training

- Honest, reliable and punctual — no last-minute cancellations

- Great with clients and take pride in their work

- Detail-oriented and follow cleaning checklists

- Able to work independently or in a small team

- Genuinely interested in long-term work with a growing company
