Role Highlights:

As an Interim Finance Manager, you will step into a hands-on leadership role supporting the finance function during a period of transition. You will be responsible for overseeing month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.

This role requires a proactive and adaptable finance professional with strong technical capability, retail industry experience, and the ability to drive process improvements while maintaining business continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal preparation and resolving legacy reconciliation issues.
• Review and reconcile key balance sheet accounts, including inventory, cash, and accruals.
• Maintain accuracy of the general ledger through clean-up activities and regular monitoring.
• Assist in the development and documentation of improved accounting processes and procedures.
• Monitor daily cash flow, perform cash book reconciliations, and review banking transactions.
• Support the business through system changes, new store setups, and other operational finance projects.
• Contribute to audit preparation and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Provide financial support and guidance to the broader finance team, while assisting with ad hoc projects as required.

Candidates Profile:

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running immediately, and you will need to have:

• at least 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager
• experience in distribution or supply chain industry
• experience in using complex ERP systems
