Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: North Sydney - 5 days a week
We're partnering with a well-established firm looking to find a CA qualified Finance Manager. This is a hands-on role in a small, collaborative team, offering variety, autonomy, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage liquidity and cash flow
• Oversee transactional finance and supplier payments
• Perform monthly accounting and reporting
• Investor reporting
• Prepare statutory financials and liaise with auditors and tax advisors
• Handle tax compliance and regulatory reporting
• Administer investment processes and support due diligence
• Contribute to general admin and team support tasks

About You

• CA/ACA/CIMA qualified
• Proficient in Xero or similar platforms
• Investment reporting experience
• Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Discreet, proactive, and adaptable
