The Role:

• Clinical pharmacy across general medicine, surgical, rehab, or oncology
• Oncology/chemotherapy experience is highly favourable
• Medication reviews, discharge counselling, and ward rounds
• Supportive team environment with scope to grow into senior positions

What You'll Need:

• AHPRA registration
• At least 6 months of hospital pharmacy experience in Australia (public or private)
• Familiarity with iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise or similar systems
