Life Pharmacy Group (LPG) has an exciting opportunity for pharmacists to join our team. Roles available for any experience: Pharmacist, Experienced Pharmacist or Pharmacist In Charge!

We are looking for Pharmacists to work at Life Pharmacy Orange. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about community pharmacy and are eager to live and work in the heart of the Central West.

We offer flexible working conditions (full time or part time), professional development across the Life Pharmacy Group, and the opportunity to work alongside seven senior pharmacists in a thriving community health hub.

Our pharmacies have clinic rooms which offer patients a range of services including diabetes education, sleep apnoea clinics, HMR’s, immunisations, and medchecks.

LPG also provides nursing home services, flying vaccination clinics, community health events, medical pilots, weight loss clinics, visiting allied health specialists and more.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

Dispensary supervision and delivery supervision as required

Supervision and maintenance of the Dose Administration Aid program

Accurate dispensing of prescribed medications and products

Record keeping as per legislative requirements

Proficiency in using POS (point of sale) system for dispensary and other stock

Support and management of Dispense Technicians

Counselling of patients on the use of their medications

Processing and delivery of all scripts within the expected time frames

Dealing with customer queries and complaints proactively and effectively

Liaising with doctors and other health professionals as required for patient’s benefit

Work in accordance with the Quality Care 2020.

To excel in this role you will need:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy or equivalent

AHPRA Registration

Great communication skills and a dedication to offering exceptional customer service

High level attention to detail

Willingness to be part of the pharmacy’s EasyClinic Professional programs which includes services around influenza vaccinations, Sleep Apnoea, Diabetes, Women’s Health and Men’s Health to name a few

Proven success in delivering professional services

Experience with Allied Health and referral programs
