Avalon Beach Pharmacy is looking for an enthusiastic pharmacist to perform the duties of On-Site pharmacist for 2 of the aged care facilities we service for.

1.5 to 2 days of highly paid work

Pharmacist will be providing all on-site services to the aged care facilities. For e.g.

medication management

education to the staff and the occasional residents

Medication reviews

Audit checks on the medication management of the facility
