Our client is a large scientific business that has had made recent inroads to commercialising their product. With rapid expansion and continued success, they have an interim role for a Systems/ Financial Accountant to be the finance expert for the upcoming NetSuite implementation

The environment, the mission and the team are positive, outgoing & collaborative and they need to complete the next phase of their growth with a NetSuite expert.

About the Role

As the Systems Accountant, you’ll be the link between Finance and the broader business—providing support, enablement to the implementation of NetSuite. This is a hands-on, solutions-focused role where your technical expertise and business acumen will directly influence finance operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities: Project focused

· Strong understanding of IT systems (NetSuite) and how technology supports business processes

· Proven experience in financial accounting & reporting

· Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills

· A natural ability to take initiative and drive outcomes in complex environments

· A willingness to roll up your sleeves to support training, testing, and operational activities

· High emotional intelligence, integrity, and the ability to connect quickly

About You:

Well qualified professional with proven systems capability (NetSuite experts highly desirable)

Comprehensive analytical skills and Excel expertise (Power BI highly advantageous)

Ability to add value where needed, being fluid, approachable & responsive

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an outgoing environment.

Self-driven, can prioritise in a changing landscape.
