Job Title: Maintenance Fitter – Roof Truss & Purlin Installation
Location: Laverton North, VIC
Pay Rate: $50 per hour + Daily Travel Allowance

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Fitter to join our team in a busy factory environment located in Laverton North. You will be working alongside Trades Assistants to assist with the installation of roof trusses and purlins, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of roof trusses and purlins within the factory.

Perform maintenance fitting tasks as required.

Work in tight spaces and at heights, including on elevated platforms.

Handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely.

Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

Trade qualification as a Fitter or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in installation or maintenance fitting.

Physically fit and healthy – the role involves heavy lifting and physical labor.

Comfortable working at heights and in confined or tight spaces.

Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.

Commitment to workplace health and safety.
