Role Overview:
As an Anaesthetic Nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting patients throughout the perioperative journey. You'll work closely with anaesthetists and the wider surgical team to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care during procedures across a variety of specialties.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert care during the anaesthetic phase of surgery.
Assist with preparation and monitoring of patients pre, intra, and post-procedure.
Operate and manage anaesthetic equipment safely and effectively.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum 12 month's experience as an Anaesthetic Nurse in an acute care setting.
Sound knowledge of anaesthetic procedures and equipment.
Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Full Australian working rights.
Desirable:
Postgraduate qualifications in Perioperative or Anaesthetic Nursing.
ALS (Advanced Life Support) certification.
