What your week could look like: Split your time between client work and team leadership.

You’ll be based at our beautiful Northcote clinic (complete with 12 consulting rooms, a sensory space, client kitchen, and a fully stocked therapy resource room) – with flexibility to work from home or in the community as needed.

In your clinical days, you’ll:

• Manage a varied caseload under NDIS
• Support clients to increase independence and reach their goals
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred outcomes

On your leadership days, you’ll:

• Guide and support a small OT team
• Create a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence
• Coach and develop your team to thrive
• Live out our values of Excellence, Trust, Respect and Justice

You’ll thrive in this role if:

• You’re a registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
• You’re passionate about working with people with disability
• You’re ready to take the next step in your leadership journey
• You know how to balance a caseload with team priorities
• You’re proactive, organised and not afraid to ask for support
• You understand the value of being onsite and available for your team
• You have a reliable car and licence for community visits
