About the role

Ballantyne's is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Refrigeration and Airconditioning to join our team in Mandurah, WA. This is a full-time role where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the trades and services industry.

What you'll be doing

Assist qualified technicians with the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial and domestic refrigeration and air conditioning systems

Complete theoretical and practical training to gain qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning

Develop hands-on experience in fault finding, electrical wiring, welding, pipework and Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard

Maintain a clean and tidy work environment

What we're looking for

Strong interest and aptitude for hands-on work in the trades and services industry

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work

A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport
