Coordinator - Library Experience
In this dynamic, people-first role, you will:
- Lead, support, and inspire three teams focused on customer service, programming, children and youth, and community engagement.
- Drive digital literacy and lifelong learning initiatives.
- Align budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver impactful programs.
- Contribute to the library’s strategic growth through policy implementation and process improvement.
Coordinator – Library Resources
In this innovation-focused leadership role, you will:
- Oversee our Collections, Technology, and Local History teams.
- Lead projects that preserve Waverley’s past while embracing future technologies.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through engaging collections and services.
- Collaborate on exciting initiatives aligned with our Library Operational Plan.

What you’ll bring ?
- University level qualification in Library and Information Studies, Technology or other relevant area of study/experience.
- A valid Working with Child Check
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in collection management, budget management, project management and staff supervision, with proven capacity to lead and develop staff
OR
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or program delivery, budget management, project management and staff supervision, with proven capacity to lead and develop staff
