If you’re cool under pressure, love a sharp schedule, and know how to give a friendly-but-firm nudge to a subcontractor (or three), this is your kind of gig.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating pool installs each week across WA

Liaising with Sales, Transport, Manufacturing, and trusted subcontractors

Managing schedules, reschedules, access issues and last-minute changes

Keeping install notes, WHS records, and compliance documentation up to date

Onboarding subcontractors, collecting insurances and safety paperwork

Checking in with customers and occasionally heading out to site

What you’ll bring:

Experience in scheduling, operations coordination or trade/manufacturing admin

Confidence managing moving parts and pushing through blockers

Strong communication – written, verbal, and to-the-point

Comfortable using job systems

WA C-Class driver’s licence and White Card

WHS awareness and a “let’s sort it” attitude 🔥
