What You'll Do

• Be the technical go-to on coating systems, applications, and troubleshooting
• Bridge the gap between technical ideas and commercial outcomes
• Run and manage technical projects – from application trials to internal improvements
• Collaborate across R&D, production, and commercial teams to optimise performance
• Own documentation, training materials, and hands-on support for internal and external stakeholders
• Help test and guide new product development, from lab to real-world performance
• Ensure compliance and consistency across everything we deliver

What You Bring

You're probably the one who asks “what’s the real problem here?” – and then enjoys digging in to find the answer. You’ve got project coordination or project management skills, but you’re still comfortable getting hands-on with a machine or in the lab. You know how to communicate across disciplines and keep things moving.

We’d love to hear from people with experience in:

• Coatings, paints, adhesives, glass treatment, or similar technical domains
• Application processes – manual, automated, or OEM-based
• Cross-functional teamwork (you’ll work with chemists, engineers, and customers)
• Project delivery – whether formal project management or practical coordination
• Technical support, training, or process optimisation
• Bonus: experience with regulatory or product compliance
