We are looking for a warm, organized, and reliable Front Office Assistant to join our team at Smart Hearing Specialists, a busy and welcoming audiology clinic. If you enjoy helping people, have great communication skills, and thrive in a customer-facing role, we’d love to hear from you!
You will greet clients, manage calls and bookings, schedule appointments, assist with admin tasks and invoicing and support clinicians.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and confident using computers, with good communication skills and the ability to multitask in a small team. You’ll be someone who treats clients—especially older ones—with kindness and respect. Experience in reception or admin is great.
