We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounts All-Rounder to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that covers the full range of day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process accounts payable and receivable

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Payroll preparation and processing

BAS preparation and lodgement support

Invoicing, follow-ups, and debt collection

Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records

Liaising with our external accountant as needed

General administrative and financial tasks to support the team

What We’re Looking For:

Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience (minimum 2 years)

Strong knowledge of Xero is a must

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
