Join a passionate team improving chronic disease outcomes in remote NT communities. We’re seeking an experienced N4-level Nurse Educator for a 6-week FIFO contract commencing in July.

This role is based in Alice Springs with weekly outreach to remote communities (Monday–Friday). All travel and accommodation are fully covered.

About the Role:

Provide clinical education focused on diabetes and chronic disease care

Support remote clinic staff through mentoring, training and hands-on coaching

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery and outcomes

Contribute to developing culturally safe education practices in First Nations communities

✅ What You Need:

Ahpra registration as a Registered Nurse

Postgraduate qualification in Diabetes Education (or relevant chronic disease)

Demonstrated experience as a Nurse Educator or senior clinical role (N4 level)

Manual driver’s licence + willingness to travel by road/light aircraft

Current BLS, Ochre Card, NT Police Check, and VPD immunisation
