What You’ll Do: As a Casual Relief Educator, you will have the opportunity to:

Inspire and engage children in meaningful play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and joy.

Support a team of passionate educators, sharing ideas and strategies to enhance the learning journey for the children in our care.

Form positive and meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all.

Adapt to different age groups and learning styles, ensuring each child's individual needs are met and bringing flexibility and enthusiasm to each day!

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

A true passion for engaging with children and a dedication to their growth and development.

Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education (working towards Certificate III or Diploma will be considered).

Work rights to enable you to work in Australia.

Current Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012) certificates, valid Child Protection training and knowledge of current legislation and current Food Safety certificate (preferred but not mandatory).

An understanding of the NQS, EYLF, Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011).
