Workshop Administration Officer

Our Workshop team plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly by maintaining and servicing our vehicle fleet and equipment across the NT.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a proactive, can-do attitude. Whether you’re answering customer queries, managing bookings, or processing invoices, you bring professionalism and enthusiasm to every task. You thrive in an administrative role where you can use your strong communication, organisational, and computer skills to make a real impact.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience in administration and customer service
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Accounting Systems)
• High attention to detail and a methodical work style
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A current NT Driver’s Licence

Experience in a workshop or service environment would be advantageous.
