Hedland Trattoria is a well-known Italian restaurant in the Pilbara region located in South Hedland, Western Australia.

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our friendly team on a casual basis as a Bartender - Bar Supervisor.

The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, good customer service and a proactive approach to the working environment.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Customer Service/Greeting Customers

Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen staff

Serving Food/ Beverages

Answering phones and placing takeaway orders

Processing payments

Helping with Food Preparation

Stock taking and ordering

Stock replenishment

Rostering and training new staff

Cleaning and other miscellaneous tasks as directed

Experience in a busy, fast paced venue for a minimum of 2 year plus, a can-do attitude with the availability on nights and weekends is desirable. Full on the job training will be provided. RSA required and Approved manager's certificate acquired or willing to obtain.

This is not a FIFO role.

Wages are paid weekly. The base annual salary is in the order of $68,683.50 - $76,515.00, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
