You'll work closely with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, holistic care that supports dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Your day will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and reviewing care plans, and using your clinical judgment to respond to changing health needs. You'll mentor and support your colleagues, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and ensure care is aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Whether you're leading a shift or collaborating on care strategies, your role will be vital in creating a safe, respectful, and enriching environment for every resident.
