The Company:
A well-established and highly respected organisation within the purpose-built accommodation sector, known for delivering high-quality resident experiences across Australia. Privately owned and prominent in the industry, they are now seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join their collaborative and fast-paced marketing team based in Brisbane.

The Role:
As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing localised marketing strategies across a portfolio of properties. Your focus will be on driving occupancy and increasing brand awareness through a mix of digital and traditional campaigns.

Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external providers to roll out engaging campaigns, develop marketing plans, and report on campaign performance. A key part of this role will be communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders, providing timely feedback and key updates as required.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within property, accommodation or a related industry
• Strong skills in website CMS, social media management, email platforms, SEO, SEM and analytics
• Confident in leading conversations with agencies regarding performance and campaign outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• A collaborative team player who is organised, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
