About the Role

This role is ideal for a nurse who:

Wants to build long-term, meaningful relationships with patients

You’ll be involved in:

Providing coordinated, thoughtful care alongside GPs, admin, and fellow nurses

Proactively identifying needs including recalls, opportunistic care, and follow-up

Clinical services including immunisations, wound care, ECGs, infusions, and assisting with procedures

Care planning, health assessments, and chronic disease management

What We’re Looking For

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Experience in general practice- or a keen interest in primary care

Confidence using systems and data to support high-quality care

A warm, communicative approach with strong initiative

An interest in how nursing can shape both individual outcomes and broader team success

Bonus if you have:

Nurse immuniser certification and venepuncture skills

Experience with Best Practice software
