WHO WE’RE HIRING

1. Casual Coaches - Energisers, Motivators, Movement Pros

Coach REVL’s elite strength + conditioning programming

Build authentic relationships with members

Bring positive vibes and deliver world-class coaching experiences

Paid training & onboarding included

2. Growth-Focused Coach - Sales + Studio Development Role

Coach sessions and work closely with owners to grow REVL Norwood

Drive lead generation, community partnerships & trial conversions

Get in at ground level and shape the future of the studio

Career progression, performance incentives & leadership pathway

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Cert III & IV in Fitness (or nearing completion)

Experience in coaching group fitness, strength, or HIIT-style sessions

Passionate, coachable, and team-oriented mindset

Strong communicator with natural leadership vibes

Sales/marketing experience (bonus for growth role)
