About the Role As a Systems Administrator, you will play a central role in the delivery of Microsoft 365 services across the business — from 1st to 3rd level support — while also contributing to strategic technology initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the SharePoint migration project
• Supporting and managing the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.)
• Contributing to workflow automation using Power Automate
• Supporting the build of Power BI dashboards and reports
• Providing ongoing support and training to users across the business
• Supporting Hyper-V virtual infrastructure
• Participating in website management and exploring use of AI tools and other innovations to drive efficiency

About You :

You’re a technically capable and curious recent graduate (or early career professional) with a passion for using technology to solve real business problems. You’re ready to work across systems, data, automation and cloud to help this team make an impact.
Your experience should include:

• Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint migrations
• Working knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V
• Ability to communicate clearly and deliver training to non-technical users
