Workfast is currently seeking Factory Labourers to join a national leader in precast concrete manufacturing. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based at their Warnervale facility on the Central Coast. It’s a great chance to secure stable employment with a reputable company supplying key infrastructure across Australia.

Pay & Hours

• Pay Rate: $28.97 per hour + OT and super
• Hours: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (direct with the company)
• Start Date: Immediate start available

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be:

• Experienced – 2+ years working in a factory, production, or manufacturing environment
• Computer-literate – able to complete basic job tracking and documentation
• Physically capable – happy to be on your feet all day and perform manual tasks
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety conscious
• Looking for long-term work and able to get to site daily (own transport preferred)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

Role Responsibilities

• General factory and dispatch labouring
• Load moulds with concrete or plastic powder and de-mould finished products
• Use hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes
• Manual handling, material weighing, and pallet stacking
• Product finishing – trimming and prepping precast items
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and complete accurate paperwork
