Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Project Manager to join the Health Information Services department.

About Northern Health:

Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne's rapidly growing outer north.

Services are provided through our five main campuses:

Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for transitioning Northern Health from CANMap to QOOL-Vic software to facilitate the delivery of cancer MDMs at Northern Health.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience and good working knowledge of Project Management methodology (E.g. PRINCE2 or Agile)

• Excellent problem solving and computer literacy skills, ability to understand and translate business priorities and needs into technology requirements and opportunities.
• Proven ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with a wide range of stakeholders from technical and non-technical backgrounds both within and outside the organisation in a purposeful, constructive and impartial manner.
