About the role

InIndustry' is seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our dynamic team on project's in Mordialloc and Kilsyth, VIC. These are casual long-term positions and as a Boilermaker, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing of steel structures for major building projects.

What you'll be doing

Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to fabricate and assemble steel structures

Performing welding, cutting, and fitting operations using a range of welding equipment and techniques

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with relevant safety regulations

Collaborating with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the manufacturing process

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Boilermaking or a related trade, with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience

Proficiency in MIG and ARC welding techniques, with the ability to produce high-quality welds

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work that meets or exceeds quality standards

A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A valid forklift license (preferred)
