Boilermaker – Marine Civil Construction Project
(Williamstown, VIC)

TRS Resourcing is currently seeking a qualified Boilermaker to join a marine civil construction project located in Williamstown, Victoria. This role is offered on a contract hourly rate basis, with the project expected to run for approximately 6 to 9 months.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be involved in the fabrication and assembly of structural components for a marina boat stacking system. This position is site-based and requires a professional with a strong background in boilermaking within marine or civil construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work from detailed workshop and engineering drawings.
• Perform oxy cutting and other metal fabrication tasks.
• Prioritize work tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Work independently or collaboratively within a team setting.
• Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines and protocols.Red Appointments

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Boilermaker in marine or civil construction projects.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in oxy cutting and various welding techniques.
• Excellent understanding of safety practices and regulations.
