ASX-listed resources miner with major assets in Northern Australia

CBD location, close to metro. $80K - $100K + Super (depending on experience)

The Company

Our client is an ASX-listed miner that is about to enter its long-anticipated production phase at the end of 2025. Holding 100% owned and operated assets in Australia, they are headquartered in Sydney and are looking to establish a strong, motivated finance team.

The Role

Really unique growth opportunity to join a business about to enter full production phase. You will work with a talented and supportive finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager. Your duties will involve:

Update and maintain vendor database promptly

Ensuring all invoices match the correct purchase order

Schedule pay runs

Processing of all staff expense claims

Preparation of month-end creditors reports

Bank reconciliations

Following up on invoice and payment queries with department heads and Project Managers

Liaison with suppliers

Assisting with ad-hoc projects

Assisting with day-to-day office management

Your Background

To be considered for this AP Officer role, you will meet most of the below criteria:

4+ years end to end AP experience

Experience in project-based environment/organisation (i.e. construction, energy, infrastructure, etc.)

MYOB experience would be advantageous

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups)

Excellent communication skills to liaise with project managers
