The Company

A leading manufacturing and well-known Australian Brand are on the lookout for an amazing Customer service Officer to join their team on a short-term assignment – Part time position, 2 days per week – Thursdays and Fridays. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive support to their customers both internal and external. Located in Eastern creek this opportunity requires an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

About the Role

· Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.

· Action Email and phone requests / orders.

· Order entry of all purchase orders received.

· Create and allocate job request to the service team.

· Maintain database with up-to-date customer information.

· Work closely with internal teams for any escalations.

About you

· Similar experience or comes from a service delivery role.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.

· System Savvy and preferably with SAP experience.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and ability to build rapport.

Benefits

· Part time – 2 DAYS per week – MUST be able to work Thursday and Fridays

· MUST BE able to work 5 days per week in the first 2 weeks to complete training

· $35.86p /h plus super – Immediate start.

· Located in Eastern creek - Onsite parking available.

· Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 05:00pm - No weekends.
