A successful serviced based organisation is seeking a Tax & Treasury Manager to join a high-performing finance team and play a critical role in managing tax compliance and cashflow forecasting across their Australian operations.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a standalone, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership of tax and treasury activities, thrives in a collaborative team, and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead preparation and review of accounting for income tax and tax reconciliations
• Manage annual income tax return and indirect tax obligations (GST, FBT & PAYG)
• Liaise with the ATO, external tax advisors and internal stakeholders on compliance and tax planning matters
• Prepare tax disclosures for financial statements in line with AASB and IFRS
• Oversee short-term cashflow forecasting and treasury management
• Develop strong relationships with banking partners and maintain banking platforms
• Be the key contact for internal and external audit on tax and treasury matters
• Support continuous improvement and best practices across the finance function

What you’ll bring to the role:

• CA or CPA qualified
• Prior experience in a similar Tax & Treasury role or as a Tax Manager in a Big 4/Top 10 firm and looking to move to commerce
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical capability
• Proficiency with Excel, ERP and Tax systems
• High attention to detail, self-motivated, and adaptable under pressure
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach and strong communication skills
