About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Person / Handyman to join our team on a part-time basis. This hands-on role is essential to the smooth operation and maintenance of our warehouse and yard areas. Must have a forklift licence.

Key Responsibilities:

General upkeep and maintenance of the warehouse and yard

Operating a forklift for unloading and loading deliveries

Checking materials received against delivery dockets

Carrying out basic repairs and general handyman duties

Ensuring the yard is clean, safe, and well-organised

Assisting with other duties as required by the warehouse team

About You:

Previous experience in a similar role

Previous experience from the building or construction industry

Skilled in general maintenance and basic handyman tasks

Valid forklift license (required)

Truck licence (desirable)

Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and in a warehouse environment
