Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an International Relations Officer (Agent Commissions) to join International, International and Business Development, Chancellery Division.
The International Relations Officer (Agent Commissions) works within the International Relations team in QUT International. The position sits in a small team with shared responsibility for executing new and extended Recruitment Services Agreements (RSAs), producing and sending commission reports to agents, reconciling student enrolments and financial data between systems, and reviewing and processing invoices for payment. A key requirement of this role is to liaise with international agents to ensure that commissions have been calculated accurately and are paid in a timely manner.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a degree in accounting or finance (or closely related discipline) combined with relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience with student management systems, financial systems and reports (such as Oracle financials or similar) with demonstrated digital literacy skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to operate methodically with a high attention to detail, and apply a logical approach when resolving issues.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills to enable effective communication with clients, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and work in a team environment, as well as work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise work to meet set deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a culture that is committed to the continuous improvement of systems, policies and procedures.
