SCOPE OF JOB:

As a Production Team Member at Roogenic, you'll transform raw ingredients into premium Native Australian teas and bush food products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This hands-on role is ideal for those who excel in efficiency and quality control.

We're seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals with food production experience, like at Subway or Zambrero. You'll handle picking and packing goods, managing stock and deliveries, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Expect to be on your feet, performing repetitive tasks throughout the day.

Currently, we are offering 25hrs per week (average) with the potential to offer more for the right candidate. We value hard work and pay above award rates. Our operations run Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with some flexibility based on operational needs.

CORE FUNCTIONS:

This high-energy role involves being on your feet for most of the day. Tasks may rotate through the site as required - the Job Description includes but is not exclusive to the following responsibilities:

Manually & mechanically fill pouches/boxes with stock and other aspects of the manufacturing process (all training is provided)

Handle stock with care and follow quality control procedures.

Production line tasks (filling pouches, stickering pouches, filling boxes etc.) – this will need to be completed quickly and efficiently.

Pick and Pack Online & Wholesale orders.

Perform at a fast pace in a high-speed environment.

Stock Counting and Inventory Control

Dispatch and receive deliveries, verifying contents and account for stock movements.

Comply with all safety requirements, ensuring a safe place to work for all
