TLH Recruitment is proudly representing a market leader in the fresh food industry based in Homebush, seeking experienced and enthusiastic Food Production Workers to join their team! This opportunity is casual ongoing with full-time hours available across AM and PM shifts (casual on an on-call basis). We are seeking those with various skills/experience and looking for work stability - this is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills.

Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation & Processing – involves cutting vegetable ingredients for processing, measuring, mixing and preparing food for various cooking methods
• Assembly Line – involves working on a line with repetitive actions and moving parts; portioning components onto meal trays
• Assembly Line Fillers - running of food to assembly lines ensuring product is continuously available; lifting, pushing and pulling of racks and boxes up to 15kgs

Requirements:

• Experience in food production / manufacturing highly regarded
• Good knowledge of GMP / HACCP and WHS
• High attention to detail - you will be required to read ingredients
• Able to work in a fast paced, chilled environment
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
