Senior Digital Consultant (Adobe Launch)

Tech & Data People are partnering with a well-known organisation in the financial services space that’s undergoing a major digital transformation. They’re looking for a Senior Digital Consultant to join their digital team and help strengthen the data foundations across a range of important projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review how digital data is currently being collected across websites and mobile apps
• Work closely with teams to understand what data is needed to support key initiatives (like CDP, personalisation, and customer experience improvements)
• Recommend ways to improve tagging and data collection methods
• Map out user journeys and identify key conversion metrics
• Create clear solution designs, documentation, and implementation plans
• Help define a practical roadmap and governance structure for managing digital data

What You'll Need:

• Must-have: Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch, plus a solid understanding of digital tagging
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Adobe Target, Optimisely, SQL, Python, R or SAS, and dashboarding tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working with both business and technical teams
