Ease into your caseload at your own pace: We don’t throw you in the deep end! You'll start with in-clinic appointments only for the first 3 months and gradually build your caseload as you're comfortable.

About the Role:

We’re looking for Speech Pathologists to join our expanding multidisciplinary team at both our Warwick and Toowoomba clinics. Our services include physiotherapy, psychology, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, and more, all working together to deliver exceptional healthcare to regional communities.

This is an exciting opportunity where you can develop and manage your own caseload while collaborating with passionate professionals. With a strong focus on professional development, we make sure you’re always growing and improving. We’re committed to helping you build a rewarding career and provide the tools to do so.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and develop your own caseload, tailored to your interests and skills.

Provide high-quality, evidence-based, engaging therapy to children and adults.

Work with the team to triage clients and allocate them based on the best fit for each clinician.

Offer support across a variety of settings – in-clinic, home, community, and schools.

(Optional) Assess and educate staff and carers in aged care and community settings, providing essential swallow safety education.

(Optional) Provide outreach to communities in the Darling Downs region, including Stanthorpe, Allora, and Killarney.

Who You Are:

You’re a passionate and friendly Speech Pathologist with a commitment to making a difference.

Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we’re looking for someone who values teamwork and patient-centred care.

You have excellent communication skills and love learning and growing with a supportive team.

You may want to hone your clinical skills in a particular area or build a generalist caseload – the choice is yours.

What We Offer:

Flexible Work Hours: Full-time or part-time options with flexible hours, plus the chance to structure your day to fit your lifestyle.

Comprehensive Support: From a structured induction to internal and external mentoring, we’re committed to helping you develop both personally and professionally.

Professional Development: Access to paid ongoing education, networking, and leadership opportunities. We encourage internal career growth, including managerial mentoring and pathways.

BONUS! Birthday Leave: Have a paid day off for your birthday. You’ve also got the flexibility to choose the day before or after your birthday, if you want to have a long weekend.

Generous Benefits:

Annual registration and professional indemnity insurance covered.

Healthia employee discounts.
