Location: Underwood | Hybrid | Flexible Hours
Salary: $110K–$140K + travel + Realistic Bonus Payments & extra RDO's | OTE $160K+

Your Role

You'll lead with confidence and compassion, providing high-quality speech therapy to a paediatric caseload while mentoring junior clinicians and contributing to team growth. You'll be supported with regular supervision and have a real voice in shaping clinical projects and service innovation.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience (Paediatric or mixed lifespan, although as mentioned all levels are welcome to apply)

Strong leadership or mentorship experience

Passion for family-centred, evidence-based care

Commitment to collaboration and continuous learning

SPA registration
