We’re hiring a Junior Ecommerce Producer to join a fast-paced, high-performing digital agency working on exciting ecommerce projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their digital career who is highly organised, proactive, and keen to build hands-on experience in ecommerce delivery.
What you'll be doing:
You’ll support senior producers and clients with a range of business and coordination tasks—everything from updating product data and functional documentation to reviewing defect tickets and joining client workshops. You’ll play a key role behind the scenes in ensuring smooth digital operations and exceptional client service.
What we’re looking for:

• Some prior experience or exposure to ecommerce coordination, testing, or content management
• Great communication skills and a high attention to detail
• Confidence using tools like Excel, Word, and ideally platforms like Jira or Confluence
• A strong interest in digital technology and a “can do” attitude
• Based in VIC or NSW—you’ll be working remotely but must be available to attend occasional onsite client meetings
