About the Role
DMH Group Roaming Store Managers are strong leaders with flexibility, motivate high-performing teams, and drive growth, sales, and customer service. As a roaming Store Manager, you’ll be there to support teams with day-to-day operations, ensuring our customers get excellent service and solutions, while ensuring all aspects of running a store are maintained. This role is about leading people, making smart decisions, and taking ownership of success and celebrating that with your team and DMH Group as a whole.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the front office teams in stores where and when required, due to absence of Store Managers. 2IC or CSA
While instore:
Deliver the customer experience – Deliver 5-star outstanding service, to build customer loyalty
Support teams – Working with Area Managers to motivate, coach, and develop the store team
Drive sales & growth – With the support of the Sales Manager adding your strong sales experience and passion for converting sales to each store you attend
Manage operations – Working alongside the store team, ensuring DMH processes and procedures are being maintained and followed
Foster a positive culture – Keep the team engaged, motivated, and aligned with our company values.

Automotive Industry Management role experience
Proven leadership experience – You know how to build, motivate, and retain a strong team.
A sales-driven mindset – driven to push business growth.
Exceptional customer service skills – You can handle anything from everyday inquiries to complex solutions.
Strong business acumen – You know inventory, budgeting, and reporting
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills – You know how to handle challenges and make things happen.
A self starter, with an adaptable approach – Everyday will be different, you will be able to adapt to what they day will bring
