Registered Nurse
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a medium to large residential aged care facility, located only 3.5 hours from Brisbane.

We are seeking someone who can bring value to this welcoming team with experience in Dementia, Assessments, Palliative Care, Team Leading, Medication Administration and a Resident Focused Approach.

Requirements:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Ability to liaise with residents and families on a daily basis
• Ability to offer holistic resident centred care
• Knowledge of care plans, wound management, medication management and AN-ACC would be a bonus
• Current police check or willing to obtain
• Australian working rights
