Key Responsibilities:

As the Ag Earthworks Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our Ag team, to ensure the effective delivery of various projects across NSW. This will include the allocation of equipment and personnel, setting and maintaining the standards of workmanship, and effectively communicating with the other WTC departments and the senior leadership team.

Current projects include:

Land levelling and development

Storage and channel construction

Bulk and detailed earthworks

Land clearing

To be considered for the role you must:

Previous supervisor or leading hand experience.

Proven operational experience with laser buckets, scrapers, graders, and GPS machine control systems.

A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach.

Competent computer skills.

Effective communication skills

Benefits:

$155,000 to $170,000 per annum (depending on experience).
