Technical eCommerce Specialist

Location: South Melbourne VIC 3205| Type: 3+ Contract with a view to extend.

Are you passionate about delivering seamless digital shopping experiences? We're looking for a technically savvy and commercially minded Technical eCommerce Specialist to join our dynamic digital team.

In this cross-functional role, you'll be hands-on in managing our eCommerce platform, optimising the customer journey, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring the smooth performance of our digital ecosystem. You'll play a key role in ensuring our online stores are technically sound, conversion-optimised, and always ready for the next big launch.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and optimising our Shopify Plus platform, including third-party integrations like Klaviyo, Yotpo, and review/loyalty tools.
  
• Working closely with internal teams, developers, and external partners to troubleshoot and improve site performance.
  
• Supporting campaign delivery and execution across multiple regions.
  
• Contributing to CRM and email marketing workflows, including QA, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  
• Producing actionable insights using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and other BI tools to drive growth and optimise the customer journey.
  
• Championing best practices in SEO, tagging, and content management.
  

What You'll Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, including multi-store/multi-region setups.
  
• Proficiency in tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics (GA4), and eCommerce CMS platforms.
  
• Working knowledge of SEO, CRO, tagging, and HTML.
  
• Experience executing eCommerce campaigns and collaborating across marketing, IT, and creative teams.
  
• A user-first mindset, high attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a best-in-class online experience.
